Cibare is under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Pierpaolo Pittia, a certified “Italian Culinary Master Chef” by the Italian Academia Barilla. Originally from Udine, Italy, Pittia began cooking in his family’s kitchen and later in the family-owned restaurants of his village and the surrounding locale. Pittia’s experience in the U.S. includes work in the kitchens of world-class restauranteur, Piero Selvaggio; at Valentino in The Venetian Las Vegas and Fiamma Trattoria & Bar inside MGM Grand Las Vegas.
Cibare’s Italian retail bakery and coffee shop proudly serves Lavazza, “Italy’s favorite coffee,” made-from-scratch seasonal pastries and Italian sweet buns and a variety of tortes, cakes, cookies and gelato.
